Double Ended Probe/Excavator.

Ighault Periosteal Elevator - 888-80 F
Micro Periosteal Elevator with 3mm working ends. The lance-shaped working end enables detachment of the papilla as well as detachment of the marginal gingival crest. The mucoperiosteal flap can then be gently detached with the shovel-shaped working end.
Salama Periosteal Elevator #1, 2mm - PPS 1000 F
Starting at the gingival mucosa, the attached mucous membrane can be surgically removed supra-periosteal with the slightly curved workpiece ends. The lightly rounded working part prevent perforation of the mucosal flap. In the mobile mucosa area, the minimally invasive surgical removal can continue with the straight, pointed workpiece ends.
Salama Gingivectomy Knife #1 - PPS 1200 F
The ends are arrow-shaped and angulated specifically to allow for lateral tunnel procedures in difficult to access approximal regions. The papillae are gently tunnelled by using the very flat ends.
Salama Mucosal Flap Preparer - PPS 1300 F
The mucosal flap preparer is particularly suitable in the posterior tooth area. Access and atraumatic mucosal flap preparation is possible by the lightly curved working ends.
Salama Graft Plugger, Serrated - PPS 1500 F
The mucous membrane transplant can be inserted into the pre-prepared tunnel using this instrument.
Suture Tweezers - 2315-50 F
These suture tweezers allow an optimal insertion of the membrane as the gingiva can be sutured simultaneously. While the lobe is being held, the needle can be accurately guided through the aperture. This precision work help prevents tearing.
GPM CLIP Wash Tray - 9200-70
Without handle.
