Resorba Parasorb® Collagen Fleeces are capable of absorbing large amounts of fluids and are easy to cut and adapt.

Each collagen fleece is quickly integrated into the surrounding tissue, meaning the naturally-structured collagen fibrils activate rapid and safe haemostasis and stabilisation of blood clots.
